AtlantaEvent.com is the information resource for entrepreneurs and business professionals in the metro Atlanta area, who are looking for business networking events, seminars, training, trade shows and other business-related events. AtlantaEvent.com also includes resources for individuals planning events and event schedules for HR personnel and job seekers.

Target Audience
AtlantaEvent.com targets individuals who are actively seeking business networking and training opportunities, as well as those who are actively seeking to organize and promote such events.

This target group consists of business professionals, entrepreneurs and individuals of various levels of education, success and affluence without regard to age, race, or sex.

In an effort to expand our service to those who may be in transition in the workplace we have included an employment opportunity calendar. This calendar features listings for anyone involved in a job search

The Big Event - Atlanta Networking - "The <first> Big Event - Atlanta" was held January 18, 2003, at the Cobb Galleria (Marietta, Georgia), and featured five speakers and a full day of networking. Approximately 350 attendees and vendors listened as the keynote was delivered by national speaker and author, Susan Roane, "The Mingling Maven." A survey following the January event inspired "The <second> Big Event - Atlanta," held May 5, 2003, also at the Cobb Galleria. The May event featured seven business development workshops and a general networking arena.

Localized networking events with a business development theme are being planned along with various training and development road shows that will travel to counties in the Metro Atlanta Area in order to bring information to the people in their own geographic areas.

Marketing theories are being evaluated for maximizing exposure for AtlantaEvent.com and participating businesses.
